1. What we collect

When you place an order with TEASE, we collect only what we need to fulfil it:

• Contact details: name, phone number, and delivery address.
• Order details: which products you ordered and the total amount.
• Usage data: pages visited and actions taken on our website (via anonymised analytics).

We do not collect payment card numbers — all transactions are Cash on Delivery.

2. Why we collect it

• To process and deliver your order.
• To send you your tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp.
• To respond to support queries.
• To improve our website and product offering (anonymised analytics only).

3. Who we share it with

We share your name, phone, and address with our courier partner solely for the purpose of delivering your order. We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

4. How we store it

Order data is stored securely on servers located in Pakistan. We retain order records for up to 2 years for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes, after which they are deleted.

5. Your rights

• Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: You can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion: You can ask us to delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies — only those essential to remember your cart and login session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. WhatsApp & SMS

By providing your phone number at checkout, you consent to receiving order updates and your tracking number via SMS and/or WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance.
