1. Who we are

TEASE Pakistan is an online fragrance retailer selling designer-inspired perfumes across Pakistan. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. If you have any questions, reach us at hello@tease.pk or on WhatsApp.

2. Products

All TEASE fragrances are original compositions inspired by iconic designer scents. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by the brands they reference. We use premium imported fragrance oils to achieve comparable scent profiles and longevity.

Product images, descriptions, and note breakdowns are for guidance. Scent perception varies between individuals.

3. Pricing & payment

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs / PKR) and include no hidden fees.
• We operate on Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
• Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout and are not combinable with other promotions unless stated.

4. Orders & delivery

• Orders are processed within 1 business day.
• Delivery takes 1–2 days in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad; 2–4 days elsewhere in Pakistan.
• A tracking number is sent by SMS or WhatsApp after dispatch.
• We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & refunds

We stand behind our products with a 7-day money-back guarantee.

• If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition with at least 80% of the product remaining.
• Once the return is received and inspected, a full refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
• Refunds are issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash at your preference.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once dispatched, the standard return policy applies.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of TEASE Pakistan. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

TEASE Pakistan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
